Their genuine smiles were comforting as was their eagerness to assist, proven by their willingness to arrange an early morning taxi for my upcoming flight. One particular selling point is the notable cleanliness, comfort, and spacious accommodation offered at the hotel, the generous size of the sofa being a delightful bonus. Evening times, spent lounging and indulging in a good read or relaxing to music after refreshing myself with a well-deserved shower, were moments to cherish. The tranquillity managed to effectively and effortlessly mitigate the day's exhaustion.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a young girl when I arrived that was clearly in her first days of work and was a little lost (even blew her nose in front of us). However, quickly her boss arrived and everything went well! Check-in was smooth, we arrived early and even managed to get one of our rooms. They also helped us several times with breakfast, calling a cab and doing a late check-out. Breakfast is great, lots of options and tasty food. The rooms are confortable, big and bathroom is well equiped as well. The mini-fridge works great, but it was empty when we arrived.

The room was in the 6th floor and was very quiet. Nice size and with a huge double bed. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom had a good size, with a very large shower. The staff were very nice and helpful. The cleaner even left as a message for International Kiss Day. It was very thoughful and cute. Breakfast was vary and with loads of options. The hotel is very central located and you can walk to the old part of the city, were all the bars and restaurants to visit were.
